Yes, during the Online Appointments e-Booking process, you may choose the speciality and corresponding doctors who manage their appointment calendars online. Likewise, for further information we recommend that you check our
medical staff online, which has a complete list of all our specialists.
You should go to the Online Appointments e-Booking website. There choose the appointment you wish to cancel and delete it; then make a new appointment. You may also cancel or change appointments by phoning the External Appointments Service on 971 22 12 44.
When you finish the Online Appointments e-Booking process, you will see an option that enables you to print your appointment confirmation. We recommend that you print this page or jot down the information so that you do not forget the day, time and office of your appointment. Once the appointment has been made, in the "My Appointments" section you can check each of the appointments you have scheduled, and you have the option of printing the information again.
Within the Online Appointments e-Booking application, there is an option that allows you to change your password. All you have to do is enter your user name and old password, and then you will be asked to type in your new password twice.

In order to make an appointment for another person, they must have their own user name and password, which can be requested at the counter of Clínica Juaneda. Bear in mind that if you make an appointment for another person using your own user name and password, the appointment will be invalid since we will not have the patient’s medical history available.
